  • Echinacea - Most commonly used internally to bolster immunity + fight viral infections. This plant is known to stimulate white blood cell production and aid the process of antibody formation. Fantastic topically + inhibits the spread of infection.

    Peppermint - Known for drying qualities. A soothing, calming aromatic. Easing the stomach + relieving gas.

    Marshmallow Root - Revered for it’s mucilaginous qualities - bringing forth the phlegm and moistening those soft mucous membranes. Soothing inflamed tissues. A wonderful galactagogue.

    Licorice Root - To soothe respiratory inflammation with it’s anti-inflammatory properties and mucilaginous qualities that ease sore throats. Known to stabilize blood sugars.

    Ginger - Most commonly used to quell nausea and gastrointestinal distress. Magnificent in the treatment of NVP (nausea + vomiting in pregnancy) and preventing motion sickness. An amazing anti-inflammatory. Enhancing immune function + increasing blood circulation. Helpful for fighting flus, colds, and both bacterial and viral gastroenteritis.

  • Use 1 tbsp of herbs per cup

    Pour boiling water over top

    Allow to steep at least 15 minutes

    (the longer the stronger)

    Stores in refrigerator up to 3 days

  • Herbs are potent and powerful.

    Use caution when consuming Echinacea with auto immune disorders.

    Use caution when consuming licorice. It is not to be used for long periods of time + should be avoided by folks who have high blood pressure or heart conditions.
