Join us October 25th at 10am for a guided walk in the forest with
Certified Herbal Educator Alyssa Actaea

This walk will take place in the so-called Rochester, NY area
on the unceded lands of the Haudenosaunee people. 

As we explore together we will discuss the nuances of our environment,
moving with reciprocity + sustainable harvest practices.

Familiarize yourself with native & invasive plant species + meet fungal friends.
Learn about medicinal properties, edibility, and look-a-likes!

This is limited to 20 spots.

The location will be announced to those who reserved their spot 2 days prior to the meet-up.

This walk will likely contain some hilly terrain.

Join Full Spectrum Doula, Herbal Educator, + Clinical Herbalist Student Alyssa Actaea 
for an evening of curiosity and exploration around the hormones that make the female* reproductive system tick.

Get in tune with your body + learn cues that can help
achieve and avoid pregnancy.

AKA body literacy

In this workshop we will explore the nuances of uterine + ovarian cycles and the impact they have on our hormones. Learn how to support and nourish your unique body during these fluctuations throughout cycles with nourishing herbs and foods.

*a note on gender + sex: this workshop is open to all people who menstruate and is not exclusive to women - the term female is used from a scientific lens to describe anatomy and I strive to use inclusive language.

Each attendee will leave this workshop with a better understanding of cycle tracking + their very own hand bound journal full of resources and enough space to cycle track for a year!

This class is limited to 10 participants, registration will close once we have reached our threshold.
