Sage- anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial + astringent

Uva Ursi - anti-inflammatory + antibacterial

Comfrey- known as the wound healer

Echinacea- antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antifungal

Calendula - Cherished vulnerary - skin soother.

Chamomile - A calming herb used for millennia to ease the heart + mind, used to aid and promote sleep. A mild sedative. Fantastic for children for fussiness, fever, teething + irritability. Great for Cold + Flu.

Lavender - Grounding. So very well known to soothe the nerves. Easing tension + anxiety.

Rose - Traditionally used to heal the heart in times of despair. Known to reduce stress. Strengthening capillaries. Packed with vitamin C - great for cold support. Up-lifting.

Put into mesh bag and submerge in bath for at least 15 minutes OR dissolve in a pot stovetop + add to bath.

Add ¼ cup and fill tub just a bit 1-2” for a proper sitz bath OR add entire bag to full bath.
