Red Raspberry Leaf - Nutrient Rich. Packed with essential vitamins + minerals. The duality of this plant makes it both relaxing + astringent. Known for tonifying effects on the uterus - tonifying and strengthening pelvic muscles, relaxing at the same time. Used to ease menses pain and discomfort + to quell nausea. Known widely to support birth, lactation, and postpartum recovery.

Stinging Nettle - This super Nourishing herb is packed with beneficial vitamins A, C, D, E, K, and other B vitamins rich in Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Manganese, protein, folate + other nutrients. Known to help build healthy bones, joints, and skin.

Ginger - Most commonly used to quell nausea and gastrointestinal distress. Magnificent in the treatment of NVP (nausea + vomiting in pregnancy) and preventing motion sickness.
