Known widely to support birth, lactation, and postpartum recovery.

Stinging Nettle - This super Nourishing herb is packed with beneficial vitamins A, C, D, E, K, and other B vitamins rich in Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Manganese, protein, folate + other nutrients. Known to help build healthy bones, joints, and skin.
