Hawthorn Berry- Notorious heart medicine, cherished globally. Honored for tonifying effects on the heart. Known to be a vasodilation + improving circulation + cardiac function.

Rose - Traditionally used to heal the heart in times of despair. Known to reduce stress. Strengthening capillaries. Packed with vitamin C - great for cold support. Up-lifting.

Use 1 tbsp of herbs per cup

Pour boiling water over top

Allow to steep at least 15 minutes

(the longer the stronger)
